Outside the European Union, delivery requires passing through customs. Unfortunately, some countries like Switzerland and the UK do not accept pornographic and/or homosexual products. And some E.U. countries have introduced these conditions.
What are the differences between "classic" and "collector" books?
The "classic" book is printed in A5 format (148x210) with a soft cover. The "collector" book is printed in "Medium Book" format (170x240) with a hard cover and includes bonuses such as sketches and/or illustrations, some of which are unpublished and in full color. Not all collector formats are available in Ebook format, nor are all Artbook formats.
Can I download an Ebook?
No, Ebooks are not downloadable. In fact, once you've purchased one via your account, you can read it indefinitely. (As a reminder, it is forbidden to make a copy, even for personal use. All distribution and reproduction on other sites, media or platforms is forbidden without ART OF KELV's authorization).
I would like a refund for an Ebook
As stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, all digital purchases such as Ebooks are non-refundable, including in the event of account closure.
