We ship all physical products (Books, Artbooks, Goodies…) to the following regions:

  • European Union: France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, and Sweden.
  • Europe (outside EU): Norway, United Kingdom and Switzerland
  • North America: United States of America and Canada
  • Central & South America*: Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay & Mexico.

CENTRAL & SOUTH AMERICA*

For shipments to South America, delivery is carried out exclusively via Colissimo.

Orders can be shipped from a minimum total parcel weight of 251 grams.

At this time, the tracked letter service is not available for small parcels to this destination.
Any order that does not meet these conditions will automatically be shipped via Colissimo.

These shipping terms may be subject to change depending on postal service availability.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • In-stock products: 7 to 10 business days after payment is received.
  • Pre-orders (Books, Artbooks, Collectors…): 4 to 8 weeks depending on production and shipping.

⚠️ Important for mixed orders
If your order includes both an in-stock item (Book) and a pre-order (Artbook or Collector), the entire order will be shipped together according to the pre-order timeframe: 4 to 8 weeks.

If you wish to receive the in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

DELIVERY METHODS

We work with professionals according to the type and volume of products to be transported. Please provide the most accurate delivery address possible: you can receive your purchases at home or at your office according to the address indicated on your order. (We do not offer delivery to relay points.)
