ORDER PROCESS

Ordering a Custom Illustration from Art Of Kelv – Step-by-Step Process

1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Use the contact form, to share your project idea in as much detail as possible (characters, poses, atmosphere, accessories, references, etc.).
After reviewing your request, you will receive a personalized quote.

2. QUOTE APPROVAL & FIRST PAYMENT

Once you approve the quote, a 50% deposit of the total price will be required.
This payment will be securely held via PayPal.
Upon receipt, work on your sketch will begin.

3. SKETCH REVIEW

When the sketch is ready, it will be sent to you by email for approval.

Included: Up to 3 minor revisions are included.

Additional changes: Any further adjustments will incur a fee of €5 per change.

4. FINAL PAYMENT & COMPLETION OF ILLUSTRATION

After sketch approval, the remaining 50% balance will be requested.
Art Of Kelv will then proceed with the lineart and coloring.

5. DELIVERY OF THE ILLUSTRATION

Once the illustration is completed, you will receive:
A PDF file.
A PNG file - 600 DPI (Full HD).
