COMMISSIONS
1. DESCRIBE YOUR PROJECT
Contact Art Of Kelv via the contact form, explaining your project as precisely as possible (details, characters, atmosphere, etc.).
After analyzing your request, a personalized quote will be sent to you.
2. VALIDATION OF QUOTE & FIRST PAYMENT
Once the quote is accepted, you will be asked for a first payment of 50% of the total amount. This amount will be blocked on PayPal.
Upon receipt of this payment, Art Of Kelv will begin the sketch.
3. RECEPTION OF THE SKETCH
Once the sketch is completed, it will be sent to you by email for validation.
Included modifications: You are entitled to 3 free minor modifications.
Additional modifications: Any modification beyond the first three will be charged at 5 euros per modification.
4. FINAL PAYMENT & COMPLETION OF ILLUSTRATION
Once the sketch is validated, payment of the remaining 50% will be requested.
Art Of Kelv will then do the lineart and coloring.
5. DELIVERY OF THE ILLUSTRATION
Once the illustration is completed, you will receive:
A PDF file.
A PNG file - 600 DPI (Full HD).

NON REFUND
Once the quote is accepted, no refund will be possible.
