1. Orders and Priority

  • Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.
  • Please note that there may be a waiting period depending on current demand.

2. Publication of Orders

  • Commissioned illustrations may be included in artbooks only if they feature my original characters (OCs), such as Akihiko, Hiroki, or others from my portfolio…

3. Personal Use Only

  • All commissioned artworks are for personal use only.
  • Any reproduction, partial or complete, as well as modification by you or a third party, is strictly prohibited.

4. Share on Social Media

  • If you share the artwork on X (Twitter) or Instagram, you must credit me with “@ArtOfKelv”.
  • For any sharing outside of these platforms, please notify me and request authorization in writing via the contact form.
  • Reminder: Akihiko, Hiroki, and all my other OCs are protected by copyright. Any infringement may result in a formal report.

5. Restrictions

  • It is forbidden to order only a sketch with the aim of having it completed by another artist.
  • I only create illustrations featuring my OCs and/or your OC.
  • No fanart or mixes (eg: Kelv’s OC x Son Goku) will be accepted.
  • NSFW commissions are strictly limited to clients over 18 years old. Proof of age may be required before the order is confirmed.

6. NFSW Commissions (Adults Content)

  • Definition
    NSFW commissions refer to any illustration containing explicit sexual content or intended for an adult audience.
  • Legal Age and Verification
    The client certifies being at least 18 years old. Prior to commencing any NSFW commission, the artist reserves the right to request valid proof of age. The commission will be suspended until such proof is provided and verified.
  • Specific Pricing
    NSFW commissions are subject to an additional fee as indicated in the pricing table available on the website.
  • Refusal and Cancellation
    The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any NSFW commission if valid proof of age is not provided or if these conditions are not respected.
  • Client Responsibility
    The client is solely responsible for ensuring their order complies with the laws applicable in their country regarding adult content.

7. Additional costs

  • A flat fee of €20 applies to each order to cover creation-related expenses (electricity, software, tools, etc.).

8. Payment

  • All orders must be paid via PayPal.
  • Payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The characters Akihiko, Hiroki, and all other OCs from Art Of Kelv are protected by copyright.
    You may not use them for commercial purposes or reproduce them in any form.

TYPES OF COMMISSION ACCEPTED AND REFUSED

Commissions Accepted

  • NSFW Content: Explicit adult illustrations, in compliance with established laws and rules.

  • SFW Content: General audience or non-explicit illustrations.
  • Character Design: Creation or design of characters (male, female, or transgender).
  • Groups: Illustrations featuring duos, trios, or more.
  • Furry : Anthropomorphic illustrations (with references provided by the client).

Commissions Refused

  • Illegal Content: Any content involving minors in a NSFW, shota, or equivalent context.
  • Fanarts : Illustrations depicting copyrighted characters or existing universes.
  • Agressions : Any depiction of violence, whether physical or sexual.
  • Gore & R18G :Illustrations including mutilation or excessive graphic violence.

Important: Art Of Kelv reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its sole discretion, based on the nature of the project or compliance with these terms and conditions.
