For all physical products (books, goodies…), we deliver to:
– European Union: France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, and Sweden.
– Europe (outside EU): Norway
– North America: United States of America and Canada
SHIPPING
We ship your order:
– BOOK IN STOCK*/GOODIES: Within 7 to 10 working days after receiving your payment, for all products in stock (notified on each product sheet) except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and except in cases of force majeure (snow, strike, pandemic, accident…).
– BOOK (Pre-order only)**: Product to be pre-order and shipped within 1 month. (For example, for all pre-orders made between July 1st, 2024 to July 31, 2024, the packages will be shipped after August 19, 2024…)
– COLLECTOR’S BOOK (WHITE BOOK): Product to be pre-order and shipped within 1 month. (For example, for all pre-orders made between July 1st, 2024 to July 31, 2024, the packages will be shipped after August 19, 2024…)
– ARTBOOK (BLACK/RED BOOK): Product to be pre-ordered and shipped within 2 months. (For example, for all pre-orders made between April 15, 2024, to June 14, 2024, the packages will be shipped after June 15, 2024. For pre-orders made after this date, they will be shipped after August 15, 2024…)

Attention: To avoid additional shipping costs, if you make a purchase that includes a book in stock and an Artbook / a collector’s book (on pre-order), your order will be shipped within 2 months. If you do not wish to wait this long, we invite you to make separate orders.

DELIVERY METHODS
We work with professionals according to the type and volume of products to be transported. Please provide the most accurate delivery address possible: you can receive your purchases at home or at your office according to the address indicated on your order. (We do not offer delivery to relay points.)
To date, we offer either sending by tracked letter (France or international) with the tracking option or sending by the Colissimo service. For all parcels exceeding 3 cm in thickness, the tracked letter option will not be offered.
